In the spring of 2021, I met these folks in a Home Show, A salesman came out and we fell in love with the product used for the showers. The job involved removing a shower, and garden tub, and put in a walk in shower that is handicap accessible. In the Amazon color. Got it all ordered, a custom designed shower, 42" x 84", glass walls, handicap rails, and a shower assembly that is height adjustable! The team had to build in a new wall, add lights, just about anything I would need. It is perfect. Now while we were planning this #1 shower unit, we also fell in love with the Navajo style, and now able to get it placed in to #2 bathroom. This time we are doing a complete bathroom remodel. Again the planner, organizer is very open to what we want, and is handling any changes we come up with grace. We will have a new #2 bathroom in about 3 months! One more thing, these folks at BathPro respect women, very easy to work with, none of the belittling questions of "do you have a husband who can approve of your plans". It is not the cheapest bathroom, but I have every confidence these bathrooms will still look great in 30-40 years from now. You won't go wrong talking with team and getting your upgrades from BathPros of Denver.
Due to cost we had to hold off on using Bath Pros, but the company is great! they took the time to speak with us, and our kids at the Greeley Home Show. The man who came out to visit with us about our project is part of the family that owns the business. He was straight forward, no pushy, and not out to make a sale. He was down to earth and just a normal person. did not give the pressure that most companies do and was not the typical salesman attitude. Their product is great and high quality. Definitely top of our list for when we can afford to redo our bathroom

Thank you to the Bath Pros for making this experience go super smooth! This is actually our second shower remodel, as we did our master bathroom five years ago with bath pros. One of the best decisions we ever made. We've lived in the same house sine the eighties, so we've had a few remodel projects along the way. This year, we needed a small repair, and when I found out the Bath Planet franchise wasn't there anymore I was worried, but then found out the same great team is now Bath Pros. From start to finish, we got great communication and service from everyone we worked with. We still don't really need the grab bars we had installed with an eye to aging in place, but the overall safety was one of the things we planned out with Mitchell. Having a beautiful and functional shower is a little bit of happiness every day.
The results are stunning. We had our bath tub converted to a walk in shower. Everyone was extremely professional from beginning to end. The only complaint I have is the communication was not the best from time of design and ordering as to when it was to actually begin.
The trio who removed and reinstalled our bathtub walls was thoughtful, efficient, and hard working. They left the place clean and ready to show to our neighbors who were very impressed.. They asked us about our preferences for shelf and grab bar locations. They were all very pleasant. Mark was very knowledgeable about the company's products and helped us find ways to replace a damaged wall at a cost that we could afford. Yes, we would have liked to have used their crushed marble panels, but the option we settled on was still very impressive.
Bath Pros remodeled my bath including marble surround, vanity/sink and shower hardware/toilet and floor replacement. They handled standard and unique challenges throughout the project with skill and professionalism. Communication from sales to manufacture to install, to financing was handled timely, conscientiously, neatly and completely. They will be the first call for my next bathroom remodel planned soon.
